Reach out to JoySi Care Ltd via phone, email, website contact form, or referrals from GPs, social workers, hospitals, or family. During the initial contact, we collect basic details including your name, contact information, who the care is for, and the type of support needed (e.g., personal care, companionship, or respite).

Free Consultation / Assessment Appointment

Joysi Care Ltd offers a free, no-obligation consultation, conducted in your home, over the phone, or via video call. A Care Manager or Assessment Officer will discuss your needs, preferences, health conditions, daily routines, mobility, medications, and home environment. They’ll answer your questions and begin creating a personalized care plan.

Personalised Care Plan & Agreement

Based on the consultation, Joysi Care , will create a tailored care plan that outlines:
•What kind of support you will receive
•When and how often care workers will visit
•Who your main carers will be
•The costs and terms of the service
 
Once you’re happy with the plan, a service agreement will be signed.

Care Begins

After agreement:
•A care team is assigned and introduced to you
•A start date is arranged
•Ongoing support begins according to your care plan
 
Joysi Care will ensure you receive consistent, compassionate care and will regularly review and adjust the plan as needed.

Ongoing Support & Communication

•You’ll have access to a care coordinator or office team for any questions or changes
•Regular reviews ensure your needs continue to be met
•Family members (if authorised) can also be updated on care and progress
